VistaBlue Singer Island has ramped up sales, with reservations now going straight to contract. The 19-story oceanfront project is Singer Island's first new development since 2008. Construction on the luxury boutique tower is now at the 14th floor, with building completion scheduled for the beginning of 2018. Currently, the developers of the anticipated project are targeting New Yorkers and other domestic buyers. VistaBlue Singer Island condos are priced from 1.4 million dollars.

Even though construction financing has become more and more difficult to obtain due to the large number of projects underway and the market slowdown, the developers of Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach successfully closed on a construction loan worth 163.11 million dollars, bringing the ultra-luxury developments total mortagage to 212 million dollars. Construction on the stunning beachfront tower began in June, and building completion is expected by the end of 2018. Condo prices at the lavish project start at 2.5 million dollars.

A construction update on Paraiso Bay was just released, and all 4 towers at the waterfront development have risen past their respective amenities levels. Paraiso Bay, GranParaiso, One Paraiso and Paraiso Bayviews will all soar over Biscayne Bay in Miami's trendy Edgewater neighborhood. Three of the four luxury towers will be completed in just about a year.

Sage Beach opened for occupancy, and the first residents moved into the luxury oceanfront development. Located on a beautiful beachfront site in Hollywood Beach, Sage Beach condos are currently about 85 percent sold out. Residences at the exclusive condominium project range in price from about 1.3 million dollars to 2.2 million dollars.

Sales have been strong at Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach. The developer stated that he's aware of some turmoil in the market, but as of August 12th, 100 of the 265 ultra-exclusive condos had been pre-sold. Prices at the luxury oceanfront tower range from 3.7 million dollars to 36 million dollars. Due to ongoing strong sales, the developer expects construction on Estates at Acqualina to start as early as the end of this year.

The developers of Auberge Beach Residences & Spa Fort Lauderdale recently received a 132-million-dollar construction loan. Over the summer, 14 buyers signed contracts for condominiums at the oceanfront project worth a combined total of 40 million dollars. The first building at Auberge Beach is expected to open in 2017, with the second following closely behind in 2018. Condos at the stunning development start at 1.4 million dollars.

Located in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, the oceanfront tower is now scheduled for groundbreaking at the end of this year. Prices at Turnberry Ocean Club range from 4 million dollars to 35 million dollars.

Construction began this week on Gale Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach. Located just a block away from the water, the luxury development will include 129 exclusive condominiums. The Gale is currently 70 percent sold out.
