Oceana Bal Harbour has an estimated 1.3 billion-dollar sellout, which would be a new record in South Florida. The 28-story building is comprised of 240 spectacular residences, including 4 upper penthouse residences. Two penthouses are currently under contract for 26 million dollars each.

The Faena District in Miami Beach has been completed just in time for Art Basel 2016. The much-anticipated district is comprised of the Faena Miami Beach Hotel, Faena House and Faena Forum. The grand opening of the 1.2 billion-dollar project was marked by a parade.

Active construction on L'Atelier in Miami Beach has begun nearly a year after the official groundbreaking ceremony. The 18-story oceanfront project will rise at the site of the historic Golden Sands Hotel. The stunning tower will be comprised of just 21 half-floor and full-floor luxury condominiums. Prices at L'Atelier Miami Beach begin at 4.3 million dollars.

The developers of Elysee announced new amenities that will appeal to health-conscious buyers. Set to rise 57 stories in Miami's popular Edgewater neighborhood, Elysee will feature wellness packages in common areas outfitted by Miami-based firm Wellness Habitat Company.

Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach has topped off at 57 stories. Contruction on the striking oceanfront tower began in July 2013 and completion is scheduled for the end of 2017. The construction window was slightly longer than usual due to a unique, 3-story, underground parking garage located just 40 feet from the coastline. An underground garage of that size has never been accomplished that close to the ocean.

FENDI Chateau Residences in Surfside was recently completed, and an 11.5-million-dollar condo has been sold at the ultra-luxury oceanfront project. As the first FENDI-branded residential building in the world, the lavish development boasts one-of-a-kind finishes and resort-quality amenities. It is the first new condominium development to open in Surfside this real estate cycle.
