The past month has proved successful for sales at One River Point. Deposits have been placed for 16 luxury condos at the anticipated Miami development, worth a total of nearly 26 million dollars. In all, approximately 100 of 386 residences are now in contract. Groundbreaking at One River Point is scheduled for the second quarter of 2017.

The twisting towers of Grove at Grand Bay have been completed. This event marks the first residential towers to be built in Coconut Grove in over ten years. The buildings overlook Biscayne Bay and Regatta Park, and are located just a few blocks away from CocoWalk. Grove at Grand Bay will feature many luxurious amenities including rooftop pools in each tower, a five-star spa/fitness center, concierge and butler service, private dining room, and a pet spa.

AquaBlu Fort Lauderdale is now over half sold out. The largest of the Aqua-branded developments, the luxury waterfront tower will be comprised of 36 spacious residences starting at 1.3 million dollars. AquaBlu broke ground last fall and is scheduled for completion in late 2017.

The developers of Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach received a 63.6 million dollar construction loan. Construction on the 18-story tower has now passed the halfway point, and 80 percent of the luxury project's 95 condominiums are sold out. The remaining condos at Paramount range in size from 1,910 square feet to 3,474 square feet. Prices for those residences start at 1.2 million dollars.

The developer of Paramount Miami Worldcenter recently announced yet another unique amenity that will be available to residents of the luxury condo development currently under construction in downtown Miami. Open space on the 60th-floor SkyDeck will now become a glass-enclosed observatory, with a telescope. The telescope will be connected to a digital screen, so that everyone present in the 1,200-square-foot room will be able to view the sky. A glass elevator from the 56th-floor lounge will lead up to the observatory.

Moving right along according to the schedule, Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach just broke ground. The ultra-luxury, 52-story tower was 65 percent sold out as of last month, with 3 of 5 lavish penthouse residences already under contract. A top-floor penthouse sold for 16.5 million dollars, and a 51st-floor penthouse comprised of 2 units sold for a record-breaking 21 million dollars. The Ritz-Carlton Sunny Isles is aiming for a 2018 completion date.

Aria on the Bay in Miami's trendy Arts and Entertainment District is now 70 percent sold out. Construction on the 53-story tower is currently at the 11th floor, and now that the foundation work is complete, the developers expect to complete one full floor per week. The luxury waterfront project will top off in April 2017, with building completion scheduled for the end of that year.

The first new condominium development in over a decade is coming to Palm Beach island. 3550 South Ocean will rise 6 stories and contain 30 ultra-luxury oceanfront condominiums. Construction on the anticipated project will begin later this year, and the building will be ready for occupancy in 2018.
