Park Grove in Miami's beautiful Coconut Grove neighborhood has been topped off. The 3-tower condo development is currently 80 percent sold out, with prices ranging from about 1 million dollars to 14 million dollars. Two Park Grove and the Club Residences will be ready for occupancy by the beginning of 2018, while One Park Grove will break ground next year. The stunning development will also feature a Michael Schwartz restaurant, which will open in about a year.

100 Las Olas in Downtown Fort Lauderdale will break ground next week. Set to rise 499 feet, it will be the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale. The luxury development will include 121 condominiums, a restaurant, a bar and 238 hotel rooms.

The much-anticipated Michael Schwartz restaurant at the Paraiso Bay mega-project is set to open this fall. It will be located in the Paraiso Beach Club, which will be comprised of the restaurant and bar, a private residents' club and pool, an outdoor patio and a marina. The entire Paraiso Bay project will span 11 acres in Miami's trendy Edgewater neighborhood.

The Miami Beach Design Review Board just approved plans for design changes at Monad Terrace. The luxury South Beach project will now have a double-height lobby and a porte-cochere lobby. To make up for the added lobby height, an additional floor will be added to the back of the second building. Monad Terrace was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel. It is his first residential project in Florida.

Both towers of Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences are now complete. The 468-unit development is currently approximately 95 percent sold out. The north tower was delivered in 2015 and is completely sold, while only 27 luxury condos remain for sale in the recently completed south tower. Prices for the remaining waterfront condos start at 950,000 dollars.

One River Point in downtown Miami will break ground in the 4th quarter of 2017. Located on the Miami River, the stunning development recently added 32 residences to the originally planned 386 units. The additional condominiums will be divided between the two 60-story towers. One River Point condos are also being upgraded to B&B Italia kitchens.

Luxury condos at Aria on the Bay in Miami are still selling well, as the stunning waterfront tower climbs closer to completion. The anticipated development is just weeks from being topped off and is on track for delivery by the end of 2017.
