The developers of the Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach have unveiled its latest amenity. The luxury waterfront condo development will feature an in-house art studio with spaces for painting, sculpting, jewelry making and more. The studio will also offer group and private art lessons.

According to the developer, the Mansions at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach is 100 percent sold. The 72 ultra-exclusive condos ranged in price from 8.4 million dollars to 55 million dollars. The lavish 47-story tower is scheduled for completion next month.
