Demolition at the future site of Turnberry Ocean Club in Sunny Isles Beach began earlier this month, and construction on the luxury oceanfront tower is expected to begin soon. Designed by Carlos Zapata, Turnberry Ocean Club will rise 54 stories on a prime beachfront lot directly next to the newly topped off Porsche Design Tower Miami.

The developers of Privé in Aventura received a 25-million-dollar construction loan for the luxury waterfront project. Vertical construction on the exclusive delopment commenced earlier this month. Located on the last undeveloped, private island in the Miami area, Privé will consist of two 16-story towers, with a total of 160 luxury condominiums.

Two luxury waterfront condominiums in the Bristol have sold for over 14 million dollars. A 3-bedroom penthouse residence on the 25th floor is currently in contract for 14.99 million dollars, and a 5-bedroom residence also on the 25th floor is in contract for 14.7 million dollars. Both prices shatter the previous record of 7.42 million dollars for a condo in West Palm Beach.

Vertical construction on Privé in Aventura has finally commenced. The exclusive development is located on an 8-acre island in the Intracoastal Waterway. It is the last undeveloped, private island in the Miami area.

Reservations for luxury condos at Gran Paraiso in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood are in the process of converting to contracts. Gran Paraiso is the second tower in the Paraiso Bay mega-project and will contain 317 waterfront condos facing Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach. Sales at the exclusive new development began in May, and the 53-story tower is already over 80 percent reserved.
