Luxury condominium developers are running out of land to build new chic and modern oceanfront condo towers. Over the past couple of years Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles Beach have been two of the designated spots for new luxury oceanfront condominiums towers, but space is running out.
We have seen the development of condos like Mansions at Acqualina, Porsche Designs Center, Regalia and Turnberry Ocean Colony in Sunny Isles Beach to mention a few. In Bal Harbour we have seen the development of luxury condos like Bellini and One Bal Harbour as well as St. Regis Bal Harbour.
Now, developers are proposing about 1,450 new condo units in the Hollywood/Hallandale Beach areas. Many luxury oceanfront and waterfront condos have been planned over the next few years.

Many of the new luxury oceanfront condominium towers that are planned or under construction won’t be finished until 2014.
