Riva Fort Lauderdale Receives Construction Loan

The developer of Riva in Fort Lauderdale closed on a 65-million-dollar construction loan. The 15-story development sits on a prime waterfront lot on Fort Lauderdale's Middle River. Riva Fort Lauderdale will be comprised of 100 luxury condos ranging in price from 700,000 dollars to over 3 million dollars. Currently, the anticipated project is 70 percent sold out.

Riva Fort Lauderdale condos will feature private elevator access, 9-foot ceilings, 2 to 3 bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass and gourmet kitchens. The waterfront condominiums will also offer spacious balconies up to 13 feet deep and 72 feet long. The terraces will include summer kitchens, with built-in grills and sunrise/sunset views of the city and ocean. Riva will also offer one of the most innovative waterfront residences in all of Fort Lauderdale. The 2-story River Loft will curve above 250 feet of water frontage and will offer 8,708 square feet of interior living space and 2,709 square feet of terrace area.

Amenities at Riva include a 40,000-square-foot club deck on the 4th floor. It will be comprised of a 7,000-square-foot gym, a 2,500-square-foot club room, a 1,500-square-foot kitchen, private wine lockers, a dog park and a lap pool. Riva will further offer a riverfront park, private boat slips, a water sports club and a dock. A private water taxi will also be available to take residents across the Middle River to tennis courts, the Galleria Mall or on a sunset cruise.
