Construction on Muse in Sunny Isles Beach has officially begun. Once complete, the luxury oceanfront tower will rise 47 stories and contain 68 exclusive condos. The 649-foot tower will match the heights of the nearby Porsche Design Tower and Mansions at Acqualina.
Muse condos will feature 2 to 5 bedrooms, 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, smart building technology, spacious terraces, summer kitchens and panoramic ocean views. Muse will also feature art by famed artist Helidon Xhixha. Xhixha will design sculptures for each unit, the building grounds and the lobby. The artist will work with each buyer to create a unique sculpture to complement their residence and design style.
Reservations for Muse condominiums began converting to contracts in July 2014, and building completion is scheduled for 2018.
