رأى فورت لودرديل زيادة 2.3 في المئة في مبيعات المنازل وزيادة 7.8 في المئة في أسعار المساكن على أساس سنوي على مدى العام. شهدت المدينة أيضا الزيادة السكانية ومعظم الوظائف المفقودة خلال فترة الركود الأخيرة وقد تم استردادها. دنفر، كولورادو أخذ عدد بقعة واحدة، مع زيادة 9.2 في المئة في أسعار المساكن وزيادة 4.6 في المئة في حجم المبيعات.
