The team behind the much anticipated Miami Worldcenter has released a stunning 360 panoramic virtual tour of the 27 acre development. The virtual reality tour places you in the MWC Worldsquare, the heart of the complex, surrounded by a diverse collection of urban land use, including posh retail, hospitality and residential spaces. View the 360 Panoramic Tour Here.
Located at the doorstep of everything Miami has to offer, the ten-block site is situated immediately to the north of the Central Business District at 1010 Northeast Second Avenue. Miami Worldcenter is set to become the most connected development in South Florida offering access to and from the location from five major transit systems: Brightline’s high-speed rail, Tri-rail, Metrorail, Metromover, and the Brickell and Biscayne trolley.
Home to the largest construction site in Miami’s history, Miami Worldcenter aims to build a city within a city in the heart of Downtown Miami. The vibrant development will feature 140,000 square feet of retail space including the Mall at the Miami Worldcenter, the 7th Street Promenade, an 1800-room Marriott Marquis Hotel and the signature luxury residential tower, Paramount at Miami Worldcenter.
Paramount Miami Worldcenter will rise over 700 feet in the air and will contain 569 exclusive condos, with only 12 residences per floor. The tower, when completed, will stand 60 stories tall. Amenities at Paramount Miami Worldcenter will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a recording studio, a spa and salon, multiple play areas, a rooftop pool and a skyview lounge. Paramount will also offer direct access to The Mall at Miami Worldcenter. An over-the-top ninth floor recreation deck will feature a soccer field, tennis courts, pools and a running path. The amenities offered at Paramount Miami Worldcenter are truly groundbreaking in the world of luxury real estate. In fact, the developer is even adding a "skyport" to accommodate possible flying cars or sky taxis in the future. Paramount is scheduled for completion in 2019.
