Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid, One Thousand Museum is an innovative luxury building set to rise in downtown Miami. The luxury tower recently topped out at 700 feet high and the architects have just released a rendering of the helipad set to adorn the top of this majestic building.
The helipad at One Thousand Museum will be the only private, residential helipad in the U.S. eastern coast. According to a recent press note, residents of the One Thousand Museum will be able to “reserve the helipad and book a flight to and from Miami International Airport, nearby islands, and destinations through the tower’s luxury management service.”
This one-of-a-kind tower is nearing the finish line! One Thousand Museum officially topped off in early February and is scheduled for completion later this year. It truly epitomizes modern luxury living in South Florida. In a documentary produced by PBS, One Thousand Museum was called "the most groundbreaking skyscraper ever built" and "one of the most complex skyscrapers to ever make it off the drawing board".
