South Florida is currently seeing an influx in designer collaborations on new real estate developments; something that was not seen during the last real estate boom. To complement “starchitects” on high-end projects, prominent interior designers are being recruited by developers to create distinct social spaces and luxury additions to individual condominiums.
At Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach, renowned designer Pierre-Yves Rochon is crafting modern social spaces. Also in Sunny Isles Beach, the residences at the Mansions at Acqualina will have 100,000-dollar, Ornare dressing rooms and furnishings through an exclusive collaboration with Fendi Casa. Chateau Ocean in Surfside will feature interior design by Fanny Haim, with lavish furnishings also by Fendi Casa.
