Vertical construction on Privé in Aventura has finally commenced. The exclusive development is located on the last undeveloped, private island in the Miami area. Designed by acclaimed architect Sieger Suarez, Privé will consist of two 16-story towers, with a total of 160 luxury condominiums.
Privé condos will feature 10-foot ceilings, flow-through floor plans, floor-to-ceiling glass, European-style kitchens and private elevator access. The waterfront condos will also offer spacious terraces, with summer kitchens and panoramic views of the bay, ocean and city. Amenities at Prive will include a 10,000-square-foot gym and spa, with a men’s and women’s steam and sauna, treatment rooms, a fitness studio and a toddlers’ playroom. The anticipated project will also offer a beach-entry pool, a lap pool, a private beach club, a private marina, a tennis court, a wine cellar, a jogging trail and more.
Privé will only be accessible through the gated enclaves of Williams Island and Island Estates. The lavish development is scheduled for completion in 2017.
