Elysee Residences in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood is already 20-percent reserved. Demolition at the waterfront site is expected to begin in January of next year, with construction following in March or April.
Elysee will rise 57 stories in Edgewater, making it the tallest building in the trendy neighborhood. The luxury development will feature 100 luxury condos, with prices ranging from 1.65 million dollars to over 10 million dollars. Each spacious half-floor or full-floor residence will offer bay views, high ceilings and private elevators. Amenities at the anticipated project will include a pool, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a spa, a salon, a library, a lounge bar, a theater and robotic parking. Arquitectonica designed the spectacular tower, and interior design was done by Jean-Louis Denoit.
