The highly anticipated Residences by Armani/Casa in Sunny Isles Beach will break ground in October, according to the developers. The ultra-luxury oceanfront project is already over 60 percent sold out. It will be the first residential Armani tower in the world.
Designed by architect Cesar Pelli, Residences by Armani/Casa will rise 60 stories directly on the ocean. The exclusive development will offer 308 luxury condos, a private restaurant, an Armani-inspired lounge, an oceanfront pool, a movie theater, a spa and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
The stylish residences will offer 2 to 4-bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 1,358 square feet to 3,756 square feet. The impeccably designed condos will offer floor-to-ceiling glass, spacious balconies, unobstructed ocean views, 10-foot ceilings and Armani-styled kitchens.
Residences by Armani/Casa is scheduled for completion in either late 2017 or early 2018. Armani condos are selling out quickly.
